Producer Price Index on Domestic Market in November 2010 rose by 1.1% comparing to the previous month, while compared to the same month of 2009 the domestic prices grew by 11.1%. Total Producer Price Index in Industry increased by 1.5% compared to the previous month, compared to the same month of 2009 the prices rose by 11.3%.
In December 2010 the total business climate indicator preserves its level from the previous month, as the inquiry registers a slight improvement of the business conjuncture in the sectors of industry and services, and a worsening in construction and retail trade.
In November 2010, the number of the trips of Bulgarian residents abroad was 250.9 thousand, or 15.2% less than the number of the trips in November 2009. In November 2010, the number of arrivals of visitors from abroad to Bulgaria was 375.1 thousand or 10.7% more than the number of trips in the corresponding month of 2009.
According to the first estimates of the National Statistical Institute, prepared as of November, the final output at basic prices in agriculture amounted to 7494.5 million levs or went up by 1.4% as compared with a year ago. The increase was mainly due to the raise in prices by 4.9%.
Preliminary data for third quarter of 2010 indicated that total hourly labour cost rose by 10.7% compared to the third quarter of 2009.
