In March 2025, the production index in the ‘Construction’ section increased by 1.8% compared to the previous month. An increase was observed in the specialized construction activities - by 3.4%, as well as in the production of civil engineering - by 3.0%. A decrease was seen in the building construction - by 0.6%. The data are preliminary and seasonally adjusted.
The calendar-adjusted data showed a rise of 8.9% in the construction production compared to the same month of 2024. The specialized construction activities went up by 13.9%, civil engineering - by 13.0%, and construction of buildings - by 1.9%.
