Data on the electricity market indicators for 2023 has been published. They are calculated in two levels: ‘Electricity production’ and ‘Electricity retailing’.
Number of generating companies producing at least 5% of the national net electricity generation is 4 (four), with aggregated share of 65.14% including the company with the largest share of 41.60%.
Number of electricity retailers with at least 5% market share in sales to final customers in the country is 6 (six), with aggregated share of 68.15% including the retailer with the largest share of 16.24%.
The statistical data on the electricity market indicators is calculated and reported to Eurostat by all EU Member States on a voluntary basis.
