Statistical Yearbook 2016
The National Statistical Institute (NSI) has the pleasure to present to the attention of national and foreign users of statistical information the 84th edition of the ‘Statistical Yearbook of the Republic of Bulgaria’ in printed and electronic format.
It provides current statistical information about the demographic, economic and social development of the country for 2011 - 2015 in different territorial and classification aggregations and breakdowns.
Environment 2015
The National Statistical Institute presents to users of statistical information electronic bilingual (Bulgarian/English) publication Environment 2015 that contains data from surveys of NSI in 2015 related to the environment in Bulgaria. There are also data on key indicators for the period 2011 - 2015. The information is systematized in the following sections:
• Air;
• Water abstraction, water supply, water use, wastewater, wastewater treatment plants;
Main Macroeconomic Indicators 2015
The National Statistical Institute informs users of statistical information that the annual bilingual (Bulgarian/English) publication Main Macroeconomic Indicators 2015 is already available. The issue contains the results from official statistics' work on calculation of main macroeconomic indicators for Bulgaria in accordance with the System of National Accounts (SNA 2008) and the European System of Accounts (ESA 2010).
‘Statistics’ Magazine, issue 1/2017
The National Statistical Institute informs users of statistical information that No. 1/2017 ‘Statistics’ Magazine is published on the NSI’s website. The issue is in Bulgarian language with summaries in Bulgarian, English and Russian and includes sections as follows:
• Theory and Methodology of statistical surveys
• Statistical surveys and analysis
• Information, reviews, consultations
Energy Balance Sheets 2015
The National Statistical Institute has the pleasure to present of users on statistical information its new electronic publication Energy Balance Sheets 2015. The annual bilingual publication contains data for 2009 - 2015 period on energy statistics obtained from the current surveys of the National Statistical Institute.
The issue presents also detailed information on:
• Commodity energy balances - coal and coal products, crude oil and petroleum products, natural gas, renewables, electricity and heat;
Regions, districts and municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria 2015
The National Statistical Institute offers to the users who are interesting in regional statistics the specialized electronic publication ‘Regions, districts and municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria 2015’.
Health Services 2016
The National Statistical Institute informs users of statistical information in the field of social statistics that the annual publication Health Services 2016 (in Bulgarian only) is already available.
The publication Health Services is a joint edition of the National Statistical Institute and the National Centre for Public Health and Analyses at the Ministry of Health.
The data sources are the statistical surveys carried out by the both institutions.
Structure of Earnings 2014
The National Statistical Institute (NSI) of Bulgaria presents to the users of statistical information the publication “Structure of Earnings 2014”. It contains data from the representative Structure of Earnings Survey for 2014 (SES 2014) carried out by the NSI. The SES 2014 is the fourth of a series of four-yearly surveys to be conducted under the Council Regulation (EC) No. 530/1999, the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1916/2000 (amended) and the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1738/2005.
