Born on April 13, 1964 in the city of Plovdiv.

Master of Economics, majoring in "Socio-Economic Information" - University of National and World Economy, Sofia.

He has been working at TSB - South, OSI - Plovdiv at the National Statistical Institute since 1994, holding various expert and management positions in the field of statistical research.

Until 1994, he was a construction organizer and investor at BRSP "Avtoelectronics" - Plovdiv.

Until 1990, he was the head of a construction site at the Department of Construction at SMK - Plovdiv.

He speaks Russian and English.
