He was born on November 2, 1968 in the city of Levski, Pleven Region.
He holds Master's degree in Economics from Dimitar A. Tsenov Academy of Economics – Svishtov.
He has been working in the RSO - Severozapad since November 1994, holding various expert and managerial positions.
From Octobet 1,2015 until now, he is the head of the Statistical Research-Pleven Department, RSO – Severozapad.
