Born on January 29, 1964 in the village of Smilyan, region Smolyan
Electronics and automation engineer, specialty "Computing technology, applied programming" - Higher Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Institute – Varna.
Master of Economics, speciality "Finance" - University of National and World Economy ,Sofia.
He worked at the National Statistical Institute from 2011 to the present, holding the position of head of Statistical Research - Smolyan Department at RSO - Yug.
Worked in various positions at VMEI-Varna, Technical College of Economics - Smolyan, Tax Administration and DSK Bank.
