Born on August 29, 1962 in Kotel.
Graduated "Economics of trade" at Dimitar A. Tsenov Academy of Economics, Svishtov.
He has been working at National Statistical Institute, RSO – Yugoiztok, Statistical Surveys - Sliven Department from 2008 until now, holding various management positions.
In the period from 1999 to 2008, he was the chief secretary in Municipality of Kotel.
In the period 1995 to 1998 he was in private sector.
In the period from 1992 to 1995, he was a member of the Board of Directors of TKZS - Kotel.
In the period from 1983 to 1992, he was an accountant in RPK - Kotel.
