‘Labour Force Survey ad hoc module 2016 on young people on the labour market’ project

The National Statistical Institute has started work on the ‘Labour Force Survey ad hoc module 2016 on young people on the labour market’ project. The implementation of the project is according to the Grant Agreement with the European Commission No. 07153.2015.001-2015.421.

The aim of the project is to provide internationally comparable data for monitor and analyse the progress towards objectives set by the EU2020 Strategy:

• At least 40% of young persons to have a tertiary educational attainment level;

• The amount of early leavers from education and training should not surpass 10%.

The project duration is 20 months, ending in May 2017.
