Bulgarian Trade with Third Countries for the Period January - August 2010 (preliminary data)

During the period January - August 2010 the Bulgarian exports to third countries increased by 48.4% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year and amounted to 7.5 billion levs Bulgarian imports from third countries for the first eight months of 2010 increased by 10.2% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year and amounted to 9.7 billion levs. During the period January - August 2010 the total exported goods were for 19.2 billion levs and compared to the corresponding period of 2009 the exports increased by 32.2% while the total imported goods for the same period were for 23.2 billion levs (at CIF prices) or by 7.3% more compared to the previous year.
