General information

Date of birth: February 14, 1976.

Holds a Master’s degree in Economics, specialisation “Economics” – D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics, Svishtov.

She has been working at the National Statistical Institute since 1999, holding various expert positions. Since 2018 to the present, serves as State expert in the "Financial National Accounts" Department in the "Macroeconomic Statistics" Directorate.

In the period 2011-2018, she worked in the field of statistics at the Customs Agency, performing various expert and managerial functions.

Fluent in English; intermediate proficiency in German and Russian.

The National Statistical Institute (NSI) is a state institution in Bulgaria that collects, processes and disseminates official statistical information on social, economic and demographic processes in the country. The NSI's activities are aimed at providing objective and reliable data that support informed decision-making by the state, business and society. The Institute works in accordance with international statistical standards and is an active participant in the European Statistical System.
