The National Statistical Institute presents to users of statistical information the electronic bilingual (Bulgarian/English) publication Average Prices and Purchased Quantities of Main Foods and Non-Foods by Households for the 1992 - 2007 Period.

The National Statistical Institute presents to users of statistical information one of its main publications - Statistical Reference Book of the Republic of Bulgaria 2008 in English. It is a concise form of the same issue in Bulgarian.

The Statistical Reference Book presents topical information on the demographic processes as well as the economic, social and cultural development of the Republic of Bulgaria for the 2004 - 2007 period.

The National Statistical Institute informs users of statistical information that the publication Nomenclature of Community Production - Version 2008 is already available. The Nomenclature is a Bulgarian version of European PRODCOM List 2008, which is obligatory for usage by survey of the industrial production. The PRODCOM.BG - 2008 shall enter into force on the 1st January 2008 and it is obligatory according to Law on Statistics.

The publication includes:

- Ordinance of the President of NSI;

The Nomenclature of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing Production (PRODAGRO-2008) is developed on base of the Classification of Products by Activity and survey,s methodology of the products agriculture, forestry and fishing according to Eurostat requirements. The PRODAGRO-2008 shall enter into force on the 1st January 2008 and is obligatory according to Law on Statistics.

The National Statistical Institute informs its customers that the publication "Classification of economic activities 2008" (NACE.BG-2008) is already available.

Classification is a Bulgarian version of the common for the Member States revised classification standard - Statistical Classification of Economic Activities (NACE Rev.2).

The main purpose of the classification is the compilation and presentation of comparable statistics by economic activities, as well an instrument for economic analyses if grouping by kind of activity is necessary.

The National Statistical Institute informs its customers that the publication Continuing Vocational Training in Еnterprises in 2005 is already available.

The main results from the carried out in 2006 sample survey on vocational training (initial and continuing) organized by the enterprises in 2005 for their employed are presented in the publication.
