The National Statistical Institute informs users of statistical information in the field of social statistics that the annual publication Health Services 2010 (in Bulgarian only) is already available.

The publication Health Services is a joint edition of the National Statistical Institute and the National Centre for Health Information at the Ministry of Health.

The data sources are the statistical surveys carried out by the both institutions.

The NSI annual electronic bilingual publication Crimes and Persons Convicted 2009, containing data on crimes with penalty inflicted is available for users of statistical information. The issue includes data about the activity of regional, district and martial courts in penal cases of a general, private and administrative nature. Comparable data on crimes with penalty inflicted, as well as persons convicted with sentences in force for 1989 - 2009 period are also shown.

The National Statistical Institute presents to users of statistical information the annual publication - Statistical Reference Book 2010 in English. It is a concise form of the same issue in Bulgarian.

The Statistical Reference Book presents topical information on the demographic processes as well as the economic, social and cultural development of the Republic of Bulgaria for the 2005 - 2009 period.

The National Statistical Institute and the Regional Statistical Office - Ruse would like to introduce to the attention of the users of statistical information the electronic publication Ruse 2009 (in Bulgarian) on CD.

The issue contains statistical data on the demographic, economic and social development of Ruse district for the 2006-2008 period. The data is aggregated on a district and municipality level by economic activity groupings and kind of ownership.

The National Statistical Institute presents the issued annual bilingual (Bulgarian-English) publication Book-publishing and Press 2009.

The National Statistical Institute has the pleasure to present of users on statistical information its new electronic publication “Book publishing and Press”.

The National Statistical Institute presents to the users of statistical information the annual publication (in Bulgarian only) Road Traffic Accidents in the Republic of Bulgaria 2009. The issue is a joint edition of the Ministry of Interior and the National Statistical Institute.

It contains tables with annual information about the road traffic accidents, injured and killed persons registered in Bulgaria during 2009.

This publication contains information about the demographic, economic and social development of the district Yambol for the 2004 – 2008 period and is addressed to a wide range of users: public and local administration, business circles, scientists, lecturers, students at schools and universities, as well as the general public.
