Data description | The data refers to the number of chitalishta (also called community clubs, community cultural centers or cultural centers). In the survey are included indicators for the revenue and expenditure of chitalishta; courses - language, music, dance, etc.; amateur artistic creativity - type groups and schools, cultural and creative activities - organized celebration of important dates, discussions of books, organized museum collections and other, members, staff and material supplies. |

Data collection | The study was conducted in two stages. First stage (1- 16 February 2018) - filling in the data by the respondents in the online survey application; Second Stage (19 February - 9 March 2018) - a paper form was provided for the respondents who did not submit data through the online survey application. |
Data validation | The application for data entry was designed with additional controls and filters, which assured the consistency between different elements of provided information. After the field work were conducted additional logical checks by the experts in the RSOs and in NSI.
