Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standard

The NSI is certified Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with international ISO 9001:2015 standard for the following fields of activities: receiving, collecting, processing, storing, analyzing, delivering and disseminating statistical information. Quality framework includes:

  • Management Regulation
  • Annual quality objectives
  • Specific procedures according to main phases of national statistical business process model (according to Generic Statistical Business Process Model - GSBPM 5.1)
  • Regular internal and external audits

QMS is part of the Integrated Quality Management System of Statistical Products and Services and for the Information Security of the NSI.
