The number of newly built residential buildings in 2024 was 5 201, and the newly built dwellings in them were 20 998.

75.8% of the newly built residential buildings had steel-concrete construction, 20.1% had solid structure, 3.6% had ‘other’ and 0.4% had panel construction.

The highest is the number of newly built dwellings with two rooms (37.5%), followed by the number of those with three rooms (32.8%), and the lowest is the number of dwellings with five rooms (5.4%).

The total useful space of newly built dwellings in 2024 is 2 025.0 thousand sq. m, and the living floor space is 1 538.4 thousand sq. meters.
