In 2024, the wages and salaries costs accounted for 82.2% of total labour costs. Of the wages and salaries costs, 56.3% were for basic wages and salaries for days worked, 6.6% for payments for days not worked and 19.3% for bonuses and additional remunerations.
Employers' actual social contributions accounted for 13.9% of total labour costs, employers’ imputed social contributions for 1.6% and other social expenses and benefits for 2.1%.
