Construction costs index - Second quarter of 2026

The total Construction Cost Index increased by 3.4% in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the previous quarter, and by 9.6% compared to the second quarter of 2025.

The Produser Price Index on the domestic market of construction materials went up by 3.4% in comparison with the first quarter of 2026, and by 10.0% compared to the same quarter of 2025.

The Construction Cost Index is calculated using aggregate indices of domestic market producer prices for construction materials, for the production, transmission and distribution of electricity, and labour cost indices in the 'Construction' sector.
