The number of newly built residential buildings in 2025 was 5 930, and the newly built dwellings in them were 37 571.

73.0% of the newly built residential buildings had steel-concrete construction, 21.7% had solid structure, 4.6% had ‘other’ and 0.7% had panel construction.

Highest was the number of newly built dwellings with two rooms (42.3%), followed by those with three rooms (34.5%), and lowest was the number of dwellings with six and more rooms (3.3%).

The total useful space of newly built dwellings in 2025 was 3 370.9 thousand sq. m, and the living floor space was 2 427.8 thousand sq. meters.
