According to preliminary data during the second quarter of 2013 in comparison with the same period of 2012 an increase in the transported goods by land and water transport by 10.1% was observed, while the transport performance fell by 16.3%. Compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year the transported passengers by land, water and urban electrical transport were by 6.2% less, while the transport performance measured in pass-km increased by 5.8%.

Compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year the transported passengers rose by 386.2 thousand or by 0.2%. At the same time the transport performance fell by 1.0% which was mainly due to the land and urban electrical transport.

At the same time, the transport performance measured in tonne-kilometres drops by 16.0%, which is mainly due to the water transport. The passenger transport registered a decline both in the transported passengers and in the transport performance by 5.9 and 1.7%, respectively in comparison with the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

At the same time, the transport performance measured in tonne-kilometres dropped by 18.6%, which was mainly due to the water transport. In comparison with the corresponding quarter of previous year a decrease in the transported passengers by 2.7% was observed, while the transport performance in passenger-kilometres registered an increase by 6.7%.

According to preliminary data during the second quarter of 2011 in comparison with the correspondence period in 2010 the transported goods rose with 3 111.3 thousand tons or by 13.5% while the transport performance measured in tonne-kilometres drops by 12.1%, due to the decreased volume of the carriages by the international maritime transport. The transported passengers in the second quarter of 2011 were by 3.5% less than the corresponding quarter of previous year, while the transport performance registered an increase by 3.1%.

According to preliminary data during the first quarter of 2011 in comparison with the corresponding period in 2010 аn increase at goods carriages in transport was observed. The goods carried increased by 29.1% and the transport performance in tonnekilometres by 16.2%. In comparison with corresponding period in the previous year a decrease was observed, both in transported passengers and in the transport performance by 6.9 and 4.6%, respectively.
