• Plans, organizes and supervises the capital construction in the NSI system, according to the investment policy of NSI.

• Plans, organizes and supervises the management, maintenance, managing and preservation of property and assets of NSI Head Office, Training Center - Slivek village and holiday homes in the town of Primorsko and Kiten resort complex "Borovets".

• Controls the repair works of the NSI vehicle fleet.

• Organizes recreation in the NSI and current events in TC - Slivek village.

• Summarizes requests for purchase of assets in NSI and assists their inclusion in the Plan for material maintenance and supply for the respective year.

• Initiates making of inventory of assets at the Head of the NSI TC - Slivek village and recreation centers in the town of Primorsko and Kiten resort complex "Borovets".

• Participates in the procedures for decommission and liquidation of assets at the Head of the NSI TC - Slivek village and recreation centers in the town of Primorsko and Kiten resort complex "Borovets" including decommission and disposal of motor vehicles (MV) within the NSI system.

• Assists in the preparation and storage of files: real estate, service vehicles, Main books and Ledgers on public and privately owned state property, main and auxiliary registers of public and private state owned property.

• Participates in the implementation of procedures for renting property/separate parts of the public and private property state property and/or rental of property and assets the NSI Head Office, TC - Slivek village and recreation centers at Primorsko, Kiten and resort complex "Borovets".

• Monitors compliance with clauses in contracts with mobile operators and participates in such selection procedures.

• Organizes insurance of assets – movable and real estate.
