• Maintain communication environment in NSI. Providing a communication medium for access to external users.
• Installation and system administration of servers to centralized databases.
• Administration and maintenance of communication and Internet servers and communication equipment in the NSI.
• Technical and system support to the servers in NSI library system.
• Installing antivirus software. Maintaining antivirus software on servers and PCs, updating antivirus definitions.
• Administration of servers to manage DHCP, DNS services and servers for managing “Active Directory”. Administer, maintain and update a user's mailboxes in the NSI.
• Implementation of continuous maintenance of communication environment for statistical data exchange between NSI and EUROSTAT based software system eDAMIS.
• Maintaining the telephone network of NSI.
• Delivery, installation and hardware support for copying and reproduction equipment.
• Maintenance of environment and resources for exchanging electronic documents, electronic signature, e-banking
• Diagnosing faults and repairing computers to ensure smooth operation of users of computer systems.
• Maintenance and support of the system software, operating systems, office products, accounting software on the PC in the NSI, management of peripheral devices drivers.
• Update system software and databases of legal information systems “Ciela” and “Apis”.
• Service contracts for the supply of licenses, maintenance of technical equipment - printers, telephones, communication devices, delivery of supplies and other technical means.
