Price levels in the European Countries, 2010  
The 2010 main results of price surveys covering about 2500 consumer goods and services across 37 European countries are presented. These surveys are part of the Eurostat-OECD Purchasing Power Parities program, where NSI of Bulgaria participates since 1993.

All groups of consumer goods and services are the most expensive in Norway among all 37 compared countries. The cheapest food, beverages and tobacco, household appliances, transport services and hotels&restaurants services are seen in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, while clothing and footwear are cheapest in Turkey. Electricity, gas and other fuels show the lowest price level in Serbia, furniture and floor coverings are the cheapest in Bosnia and Herzegovina, consumer electronics – in Bulgaria.
